With that in mind, it is not advised to mix business with pleasure. Your friends represent pleasure and your restaurant represents business. In the beginning all of your friends will come to your restaurant to check it out and if they don’t come back, every day, it will be ease for you to take it personal. But, that has nothing to do with your friendship.

Have you noticed that when a national franchise restaurant business opens, they are always an instant success, but the owner of this restaurant doesn’t know anyone in town.
